Return Policy

At Supreme Diamond Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

• Returns are accepted for products purchased directly from our Shopify store.

Return Costs:

• If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return:

2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization if your return is approved.

3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a quality issue.

Exchanges:
